Why choose natural granite for a cat memorial?

How does personalisation work?
Inscriptions are created by deep sandblasting — abrasive blasting carves text directly into the stone surface. The result is a permanent, clearly legible inscription visible in all weather conditions. You can include your cat's name, birth and death dates, and a short dedication. Letters are filled with white or gold stone paint for maximum contrast. You will receive a free digital preview to approve before we begin — unlimited revisions at no extra cost.
Optional: diamond-engraved cat portrait
We engrave your cat's portrait using a diamond-tipped stylus that creates a three-dimensional likeness in the stone, visible from several metres. A single clear front-facing or profile photo of your cat is all we need. Diamond engraving and a porcelain photo insert are mutually exclusive — choose one type of portrait.
Is the stone frost-proof and safe for outdoor use all year?
Yes — natural black granite is fully frost-proof and waterproof. Its crystalline structure does not absorb moisture, so freezing temperatures will not cause cracking or spalling. Granite cat memorials have been proven to withstand decades of outdoor exposure without any treatment. The only recommended maintenance is a rinse with water once a year.

We will send a digital preview with a suggested text layout; you may request changes until you are fully satisfied.
How do I order with a cat portrait engraving?
Place your order and select the diamond portrait option. After purchase, email us a photo of your cat — ideally a clear front-facing or profile shot. We will prepare a visualisation of the portrait on the memorial and send it to you for approval. Production begins only after you confirm — revisions are free and unlimited.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 5–10 working days from approval of the digital preview. During peak seasons (spring and autumn) it may be up to 14 days. If you need the memorial sooner, please contact us before ordering to check express availability.
Does the memorial need any special installation?
No — the compact approx. 20×20 cm format allows the memorial to be placed freely on a grave, windowsill or shelf without any fixings. In a garden, you can press it slightly into the soil or use stone-grade silicone on a hard surface. If you need a more stable setup, ask us about a support wedge option.
Do you ship internationally?
