4. Shipping and Delivery

For more details, please see our Shipping and Delivery page.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase. This period starts from the day you receive the item.
Exemption from the Right of Withdrawal:
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your personal specifications, such as memorial stones with a unique engraving of a name, dates, or a personal image. This is in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Part 3, 28(1)(b)) in the UK and similar EU directives. As the vast majority of our products are personalized, the right of withdrawal will typically not apply.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a non-personalized item, you must notify us unequivocally by email within 14 days. You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the item.
6. Your Right to Complain (Statutory Rights)
When you shop with us, your purchase is covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means you have a right to complain about faulty goods for a reasonable period. If the goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint must be justified, and the fault must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
How to make a complaint:
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the fault. Please contact us at firma@cempulik.eu with a description of the fault and, if possible, photographic evidence. If your complaint is justified, we will cover your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item.
7. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit a complaint to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. In the UK, you can find a list of providers on the Chartered Trading Standards Institute website.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform can also be used. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
8. Privacy Policy
We treat your personal data with confidentiality. You can read more about how we process your data in our Privacy Policy.
