Shipping and Delivery

We know how important it is for your personalized memorial to arrive safely and in perfect condition. That’s why we place great emphasis on careful and secure delivery.

Secure Packaging

All our granite products are packaged with extreme care to protect them from damage during transit. We use a combination of:

Styrofoam plates: To absorb shocks and protect edges.
Strapping bands: To keep the product stable within the box.
A sturdy cardboard box and stretch film: As an outer protective layer.

Each package is clearly marked with “FRAGILE” to ensure it is handled with care by the courier.

Insured Shipping

All our shipments are fully insured. It is our responsibility to ensure the item arrives to you in perfect condition. As the customer, you bear no risk for any damage that occurs during shipping.

When You Receive Your Package

While we take every precaution, accidents can still happen. To ensure a quick resolution in the event of shipping damage, we kindly ask for your cooperation:

We strongly encourage you to inspect the package for any visible damage upon delivery and, if possible, open it while the courier is present.

If you notice any damage, the best course of action is to refuse the delivery or have the courier make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt.

What if you discover the damage later?
Don’t worry! If you find any damage after the courier has left, please do the following:

Take photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.
Contact us at firma@cempulik.eu as soon as possible – preferably within 24 hours.

We will immediately handle the issue and arrange for a new, flawless item to be sent to you at no extra cost.
